Internship Program
Our Internship Program is one of the most important aspects of Yuanda’s hiring effort, and we take great pride in providing terrific legal experience to law students year after year. In fact, the vast majority of each year’s entering associate trainees are made of law students who began their legal careers as Yuanda interns. Each intern is assigned at least one mentor to provide guidance throughout the internship, explain Firm policies, and address any questions or concerns and to assist in the transition from law school to life in a law firm. Our program offers interns a realistic introduction to the practice of law. As a participant in our program, you’ll be given meaningful responsibility consistent with that of a junior associate. You’ll work side by side with senior partners, and you’ll meet with clients to better understand what they need from their legal providers.
